地下室防水施工的监理过程中,如何确保地下室防水施工的质量,与设计、施工等多方协商确定采用混凝土结构自防水和结构外侧全粘贴SBS高聚物改性沥青卷材防水施工相结合的施工技术,采取的监理措施为:①审查施工单位的资质;②施工组织设计的审查③施工准备的质量控制;④作业技术准备状态的控制;⑤施工过程质量控制手段。通过上述的监理措施后,取得了较好质量效果。
