The article elaborated on the coordination and application experience between the “Military No. 1” engineering doctor workstation and the nurse workstation. Introduced the improvement of traditional nursing work after the doctor workstations were running. Summarized the experience in improving the work efficiency of medical staff, the implementation of the “responsibility system for the first place” in nurses’ medical applications, and regulating nursing documents, raising the interest of nursing staff in mastering high-tech knowledge, and using high-tech equipment for nursing management.
