目的了解乌鲁木齐地区婴幼儿腹泻轮状病毒(RV)感染流行情况。方法 2011年1~12月,采集门诊或住院≤5岁婴幼儿腹泻样本419例,用胶体金和ELISA法检测RV抗原,阳性样用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行G、P基因型分型。结果 419例腹泻患儿,RV阳性率为24.3%(102/419),主要感染对象为24月以内婴幼儿(占92.2%)。对100份RV阳性样本进行G/P基因型分型,结果显示:G1和G9型为主要流行株,分别占26%,其次为G2型(19%)和G3型(11%);混合G型感染占7%,其中首次检到G4以混合感染形式存在3例;未能G分型达11%。P基因型以P[8]为主占55%,其次为P[4](21%)和P[6](16%);P型混合感染占6%;2例(2%)未能分型。最主要的G/P基因型组合依次为G1P[8](25%),G2P[4](18%),G9P[8](13%)、G9P[6](11%)和G3P[8](11%)。结论 2011年乌鲁木齐地区婴幼儿腹泻轮状病毒流行基因型多样,G9型和G2型明显上升,值得高度关注。持续监测优显重要。
Objective To understand the prevalence of rotavirus infection in infants and young children with diarrhea in Urumqi. Methods From January to December of 2011, 419 infants and young children with infants aged ≤ 5 years were enrolled in the study. RV antigen was detected by colloidal gold and ELISA. Positive samples were analyzed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) P genotyping. Results 419 cases of diarrhea, RV positive rate was 24.3% (102/419), the main target of infection for infants and young children within 24 months (92.2%). G / P genotyping of 100 samples with positive RV showed that G1 and G9 were the major epidemic strains, accounting for 26%, followed by G2 (19%) and G3 (11%), and G Type infection accounted for 7%, of which the first detected G4 mixed infection in the presence of 3 cases; failed to G typing 11%. Conclusion The genotypes of rotavirus diarrhea in infants and young children in Urumqi in 2011 are diverse and G9 and G2 are significantly increased, which deserves our attention. Continuous monitoring is important.
