“我是一个普通人,做的都是最普通的事。邻里不和,谁看到心里都不舒服,何况我还是共产党员和退伍军人,更应该上前‘搭把手’……”2012年7月,山东省政法战线英模报告团在全省巡回演讲,每到一地,一个拄拐的六旬老人的朴实“开场白”和精彩演讲,都会赢得全场热烈掌声。他叫李洪华,是山东省定陶县马集镇力本屯村的义务司法调解员、三级伤残退伍军人。33年来,他拖着一条残腿,“醉心”调解不言悔,曾获“全国标兵人民调解员”和“全国司法系统劳动模范”等荣誉。

In July 2012, the Shandong Provincial Political and Legal Fighting Group reported a touring speech in the province. Everywhere, the simple ”opening remarks" of a 60-year-old man who held a reign of Zhuo Shui and his brilliant speech won the warm applause of the audience. His name is Li Honghua. He is a volunteer judicial mediator and third-class disabled veterans of the village of Limben, a town in Maji Town, Dingtao County, Shandong Province. In the past 33 years, he dragged a disabled leg and regretted conciliation without any regrets. He won such honors as the People’s Mediation for National Ranks and the Model Worker for the National Judicial System.
