我国儿童患龋率较高,大多发展成了牙髓炎或根尖炎才被家长发现。因此,乳牙的窦道型慢性根尖周炎是儿童口腔常见病。根管治疗是对乳牙根尖周炎最有效的方法。本实验用氧化锌丁香油糊剂和vitapex糊剂作根管充填,旨在比较两种根管充填材料的疗效。1临床资料1.1一般资料选择2010年6月至2011年12月门诊就诊乳磨牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎的患者186例,
