目前我国司法领域法律适用不统一的现象出现较为频繁,现实的问题呼吁制度的建立,案例指导制度的建立有助于弥补目前我国制定法的缺陷与不足,减少司法不统一现象,实现司法公正,抑制司法腐败,推进法学教育和法学研究。由于历史传统的启示,国外经验的借鉴和法学理论的支持,使得这一制度在我国具有了可以建立的土壤。
At present, there is a phenomenon that the application of law in the judicial field is not uniform.
