我們药房为减少用药痛苦,开展药無苦味的基本措施与精神是:在不影响治疗質量与效果的前提下,在保証每个配剂的含量准确下,根据不同性質的药物調配成各种适当的剂型,尽可能地作到使病人不痛不苦,经过一番苦战,基本上实現了95%以上的药物無苦味。一注射剂配合临床打針不痛、手术前后不痛的需要,我們配制了普魯卡因油注射剂与長效麻醉注射剂,並配成了局部麻醉擦剂。同时將極苦而难于吞服的氯霉素配成注射液,合霉素配成甜乳剂等,以減輕病人服药的痛苦。
