天津滨海国际机场位于天津东部,距市中心城区13公里,距首都北京120公里。该机场是1952年修建的民用机场,经1974年和1989年两次较大规模扩建,现有能力为旅客年吞吐量200万人次。天津滨海国际机场占地6.5平方公里,周围发展用地已控制起来,地上物较少,没有高大建筑,周围净空条件很好,具备发展大型机场的可能性和扩建条件。
Tianjin Binhai International Airport is located in the eastern part of Tianjin, 13 kilometers away from the city center and 120 kilometers away from Beijing. The airport was built in 1952 as a civilian airport. After two large-scale expansion projects in 1974 and 1989, it now has an annual capacity of 2 million passengers. Tianjin Binhai International Airport covers an area of 6.5 square kilometers, the surrounding development land has been controlled, less on the ground, there is no tall buildings, the surrounding clearance conditions are good, with the possibility of developing large airports and expansion conditions.
