本文应用相对危险度指标，对我国部分贫困地区引起孕产妇高死亡的原因进行了分析，为卫生部门采取更有效的措施来降低孕产妇死亡率提供了可供参考的资料。

In this paper, we use the relative risk index to analyze the causes of high maternal deaths in some impoverished areas in our country and provide a reference for the health department to take more effective measures to reduce the maternal mortality rate.
