目的提高湿化瓶的清洗质量,控制医院感染。方法将湿化瓶分成两组,A组:将所回收的30个湿化瓶和20个新湿化瓶常规浸泡于浓度为500 mg/L的含氯消毒液中;B组:在超声波清洗机中加入1:200的医用低泡多酶清洗剂,将所回收的30个湿化瓶和20个新湿化瓶装于清洗框浸泡于此清洗液中,比较两组湿化瓶清洗效果。结果A组湿化瓶分别于消毒清洗后1、3、5、7、15 d进行肉眼观察和细菌学检测,从第7 d开始新的湿化瓶外壁、内壁、瓶底已有残留物,旧的湿化瓶更是明显,时间越长越明显,造成清洗困难;B组新湿化瓶外观光洁透明,无残留物,旧湿化瓶变化不大。结论超声波配合多酶清洗剂清洗湿化瓶确保了湿化瓶的清洗效果,有利于提高工作质量。
Objective To improve the quality of wet bottle cleaning, control of hospital infection. Methods The wetted bottles were divided into two groups. Group A: The 30 wetted bottles and 20 new wetted bottles were routinely immersed in a chlorine-containing disinfectant with a concentration of 500 mg / L. Conclusion Ultrasound with multi-enzyme cleaning agent to clean the wet bottle ensures the cleaning effect of the wet bottle, which helps to improve the quality of work.
