我院于2013年9月9日收治巨大膀胱结石病例,现报告如下:病员杨某某,男,44岁,汉族,未婚,农民。因“反复尿频、尿急、尿痛5余年,加重伴腰部胀痛7天”入院。5年前,病员即出现小便不畅,排尿费力,小便时有中断及尿线分叉情况,症状逐年加重,偶伴小便浑浊及感下腹部胀痛,无明显牵扯及放射痛,均在当地卫生站以“尿路感染”给予其口服“诺氟沙星及三金片”等药物治疗,症状缓解后并未进一步检查治疗。入院时病员排尿十分费力,尿线细如丝,且无法形成尿线,伴双侧腰部持续性胀痛,逐渐波及下腹部,查体:心肺未见明显阳性体征,中下腹部膀胱区膨
