In 1970, the county set up a number of 57 universities and opened a barefoot veterinary professional class. We need to give part-time teachers out of our office to provide necessary equipment and supplies. At that time, some of our comrades did not understand this newborn thing and thought that running a school was a matter for the education sector. Our bureau has a small staffing scale and a heavy workload. Repeatedly urging the county, we did not part-time teachers sent to the 57 University, took a little school funding and equipment. Some comrades complained that they asked us to part-time teachers to “eat Zhangjiafan and dry Lijiarou”, and “the oil labored by the department of animal husbandry in May-August University”. I also thought that before the Cultural Revolution, the High School of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine had also been practiced. It soon turned yellow with little success. Inevitably, May 27th was a burst into the sky.
