自改革开放以来,我国社会主义市场经济体制逐渐确立起来,尤其是随着我国城市化进程的加快,我国城市经济得到了前所未有的发展,我国建筑设计行业也迎来了发展的春天。经过三十多年的发展,我国的经济实力得到了极大的提升,但是也出现了严重的环境问题,这因为是我国没有统筹经济发展和环境保护二者之间的关系而产生的严重后果。面对这样的情况,我国建筑行业作为我国经济发展的重要组成部分,必须要在建筑设计中考虑到环境保护的因素,确保将建筑施工建设和建筑使用过程中对环境的影响降到最低。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s socialist market economic system has gradually been established. Especially with the acceleration of urbanization in our country, the urban economy in our country has enjoyed unprecedented development. Our country’s architectural design industry also ushered in the spring of development. After more than 30 years of development, the economic strength of our country has been greatly improved, but serious environmental problems have also emerged as a result of our failure to co-ordinate the relationship between economic development and environmental protection . Faced with such a situation, as an important part of China’s economic development, China’s construction industry must take into account environmental protection factors in the design of buildings, to ensure that the impact of the construction of the building construction and use of the environment to minimize environmental impact.
