治未病是预防医学思想,其具有中医特色,其具体可体现在以下几方面,即瘥后防复、既病防变和未病先防.肝脾分别为情志之司、后天之本,在人体病理生理活动中,由于肝脾功能能起到相互影响作用,因此二者能起到重要作用.就现代人而言,治病防病和养生保健的主要因素为情志与饮食,和肝脾功能具有一定关联性,为能更好地调理肝脾,以及做到健康养生,调情志与适饮食尤为重要,且需要在中医治未病中贯穿.
