复方炔诺酮庚酸酯注射液(Composition Norethistorone Enanthate Injection下称Co.NET-EN.Inj)除含有NET-EN和戊酸雌二醇(Estradiol Valerate下称EV)外,尚含溶媒苯甲酸苄酯和苯甲醇。有关薄层分离国内外未见报道。Co.NET-EN.Inj内控质量标准中鉴别EV是采用苯-乙醚-冰HAC(12.5:7.5:0.125)为溶剂系统,层析后NET-EN,EV等各种成份的R_f值均偏高,色斑面积扩散使斑点边缘糊模,形状常呈元宝状或扁圆形,分离能力和重现性较差。本文按照Snyder方法从10种溶剂系统中研究最佳组合系统。
Compound Norethindrone Enanthate Injection (hereinafter referred to as Co.NET-EN.Inj) contains NET-EN and estradiol valerate (Estradiol Valerate is called EV), but also contains the solvent benzylbenzoate Ester and benzyl alcohol.
