一、概述小型侧燃式半煤气加热炉的炉膛面积很小,小到只有0.152米~2,每小时耗煤量不超过15公斤,可供65公斤空气锤1～2部使用:所谓侧燃式,那就燃烧室与普通的火焰反射炉一样地置于炉膛的侧面。半煤气就是将稀湿的水煤(一般的渗水10～12％)由加煤斗逐步进入燃烧室,经干燥、干馏、还原、燃烧等阶段,一部分热能消耗在燃烧室里,同时还原出一氧化碳(CO)与氢气(H_2),由于炉篦下连续鼓入空气,迫使部分火焰与可燃气体经喷口加速进入炉膛内混合,作旋风式的强烈地燃烧。见图1 加热室废气余热,一部分从下排烟口经过
