本文研究了氟对大鼠自然杀伤(NK)细胞和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的影响以及硼对氟的拮抗作用。大鼠饮用含氟水(110mg ̄(F-)/L)和氟硼混合水(110mg ̄(F-)+44mg ̄(B3+)/L)4个月,以饮用自来水为对照。研究结果表明氟可抑制大鼠脾脏NK细胞和IL-2的活性;硼在体外与氟混合后饮用,可拮抗氟引起的NK细胞和IL-2活性的降低,并使尿氟排出增加,骨氟含量下降,提示硼可拮抗氟的毒性。
This article studies the effects of fluoride on natural killer (NK) cells and interleukin-2 (IL-2) and the antagonistic effect of boron on fluoride in rats. Rats were drank with tap water for 4 months in drinking water containing fluoride (110 mg ~ (F -) / L) and boron fluoride mixed water (110 mg ~ (F ~) + 44 mg ~ (B3 +) / L) The results show that fluorine can inhibit the activity of NK cells and IL-2 in the spleen of rats. When boron is mixed with fluoride in vitro, boron can antagonize the decrease of fluoride-induced activity of NK cells and IL-2 and increase the excretion of urinary fluoride. Fluorine content decreased, suggesting boron can antagonize the toxicity of fluorine.
