从分析走向综合是现代科技经济一体化发展的必然趋势,是促进人的全面发展的需 要,是解决困扰当今人类社会许多问题的根本途径。工程教育及其人才培养与现代科 技、经济建设和社会发展密切相关,综合对工程教育具有特别重要的意义。文章从工程 教育的角度,提出了学科综合的四条对策,即以系统综合为导向,更新教育理念,以工业 界的需求期望为目标,重构工程教育的课程体系、以多学科的工程研究为先导,培养高素 质的师资队伍,以发挥学生的主体作用为基础,改革教育教学方法。
From analysis to synthesis is an inevitable trend in the development of modern science and technology for economic integration. It is a need for promoting the all-round development of man and an essential solution to many problems that plague the present-day human society. Engineering education and its personnel training and modern science and technology, economic construction and social development are closely related to the comprehensive engineering education is of particular importance. From the perspective of engineering education, the article puts forward four countermeasures of subject synthesis, that is, taking the system synthesis as the guide, renewing the educational concept, aiming at the demand expectation of the industry, and reconstructing the curriculum system of engineering education. With multidisciplinary engineering research as Pilot, training high-quality teachers, to play the main role of students as the basis, reform education and teaching methods.
