研究了阳离子桦木聚木糖的制备,评估了其用作造纸化学品的可行性,探讨了阳离子桦木聚木糖对湿纸和干纸强度的影响。试验结果表明,与参照样(纸幅干度55%)相比,硫酸盐桦木浆中加入用量为3%的阳离子桦木聚木糖可使湿纸幅的抗张强度提高30%,抗张挺度提高近1/3;干纸的抗张强度提高26%,但弹性模量不变。添加阳离子桦木聚木糖可明显改善纸张的强度性能,但其改善效果仍不及传统的阳离子淀粉,这主要源于阳离子聚木糖分子链较短。
The preparation of cationic birchwood xylose was studied and its feasibility as a papermaking chemical was evaluated. The effect of cationic birchwood xylose on the strength of wet paper and dry paper was discussed. The results showed that the addition of 3% cationic birch xylooligosaccharide to the birch wood pulp increased the tensile strength of the wet paper web by 30% compared to the reference (55% web dryness) Degree increased by nearly 1/3; dry paper tensile strength increased by 26%, but the elastic modulus unchanged. The addition of cationic birch xylooligosaccharides can obviously improve the strength properties of the paper, but the improvement is still less than the traditional cationic starch, which is mainly due to the shorter molecular chain of cationic xylo-oligosaccharides.
