在人工气候室和温室条件下,控制不同土壤干旱梯度,应用PV技术研究了1~3年生油松、侧柏、栓皮栎、元宝枫、刺槐,白蜡、紫穗槐、沙棘和黄栌等9个树种的水分参数(Ψπ100,Ψo,εmax,TW/DW,Va等)及其在耐旱中的意义.结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,所有供试树种都具有保持一定膨压的能力,但其渗透调节的幅度仅为0.40~1.10MPa,而且膨压(Ψp)与细胞弹性模量(e)的关系是因树种而异的.
Under the conditions of artificial climate chamber and greenhouse, different soil drought gradients were controlled.
