城市雨水管道径流直接排放对受纳水体水质有很大影响,如何有效控制径流污染是我国城市尤其是污水处理率达到较高水平的城市(如北京、上海等)所面对的一个重大问题。在已建成城市/区,大范围源头径流控制措施的应用受到一定限制,而其他常规径流污染控制措施,如径流调蓄池因需要较大的空间条件和建设运行成本难以大量推广。介绍一种小管截流方法,阐述其原理和特点,探讨设计截流量、小管管径设计和确定方法等关键问题;分析不同条件下小管截流方法对径流污染的控制效果以及需注意的一些问题。研究结果表明,该方法结构简单、土建投资低和运行费用小,具有较大的应用潜力。
The direct discharge of urban stormwater runoff has a great impact on the water quality of the receiving water body. How to effectively control runoff pollution is a major problem faced by cities in our country, especially in cities with high sewage treatment rates (such as Beijing and Shanghai). In the completed cities / districts, the application of large-scale source-runoff control measures is limited, while other conventional runoff pollution control measures such as runoff storage reservoirs are difficult to popularize due to the large space requirements and construction and operation costs. This paper introduces a method of pipe closure, describes its principles and characteristics, discusses key issues such as design of cutoff, design and determination of pipe diameter, and analyzes the control effects of pipe closure on runoff pollution under different conditions and some problems to be noticed. The results show that the method has the advantages of simple structure, low investment in civil engineering and low operating cost, which has great potential for application.
