中国男排“冲出亚洲,走向世界”,是我国排球界共同的愿望和职责。中国男排近10年来,连“冲出”也甚为艰难,更谈不上“走向”了。这是为什么呢?值得我们好好反思,并从中吸取教训,寻找与制定出最佳对策,使宏观的设计与微观的运作都能合理而有序地运转。 1 关键在于基础工作 世界排坛(男排)近十几年来异常活跃。从苏联队一支独秀,到美苏争霸,又演变成目前古巴、意大利、巴西、美国、俄罗斯争强斗艳的局面。而中国一直处在局外的状态。在一轮轮争强问鼎的争斗中,涌现出许多闻名于世的超一流球星,从美国的巴克、意大利的鲁齐塔、佐齐,俄罗斯的弗明到巴西的尼格劳等,赫赫有名。与此同时,中国男排则默默无闻,也没机会显示出多少与国际强队相媲美的选手。造成目前中国男排的艰难局面,不是一日形成的,原因也是多方面的。其中,国家队缺乏基层的大力支持,优秀后备人才不足,是主要原因。
