随着我国社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,工程项目设计阶段造价控制将产生极大的改变,传统造价管理已经无法对时代要求进行有效适应。为推动企业的迅速发展,必须深化企业改革,完善工程项目设计阶段的造价控制体系,并对其管理水平进行有效提升,只有这样才能真正实现企业的社会效益及经济效益。本文主要对工程项目设计阶段的成本控制要点、设计阶段造价控制中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy in our country, the cost control in the project design stage will have a tremendous change. The traditional cost management can no longer meet the requirements of the times effectively. In order to promote the rapid development of enterprises, we must deepen the reform of enterprises, improve the cost control system at the design phase of the project, and effectively improve the management level. Only in this way can we truly realize the social and economic benefits of enterprises. In this paper, the main points of cost control in the design phase of the project, the problems in the design phase of cost control are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
