目的 建立某柴油机缸盖的参数化实体模型, 并对其进行有限元动力学分析. 方法 利用特征技术建立缸盖的参数化模型, 最后用有限元模态分析法进行其模态参数的计算. 结果 实现了基于特征的缸盖参数化建模, 计算出前四阶固有频率及主振型. 结论 体现了基于特征的参数化建模在复杂结构的动力分析中的优越性, 为整机的动力学仿真研究奠定了基础
Objective To establish a parametric solid model of a diesel engine cylinder head and analyze its finite element dynamics. Methods The parametric model of the cylinder head was established by using the characteristic technique. Finally, the modal parameters of the cylinder head were calculated by finite element modal analysis. Results Based on the characteristics of the cylinder head parametric modeling, calculate the first four natural frequencies and the main vibration mode. The conclusion embodies the superiority of parametric modeling based on features in the dynamic analysis of complex structures and lays a foundation for the dynamic simulation research of complete machine
