我国政府采购运行机制中还存在一些突出问题有待完善。政府采购运行机制的进一步完善必须严格遵循“公开、公平、公正”原则 ,规范采购定价 ,建立采购、验收、结算相互独立的制约机制 ,并与国有资产管理工作结合起来。
There are still some outstanding problems in the operation mechanism of government procurement in our country to be perfected.
