文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法以及访谈等方法对参加淮北师范大学承办的“国培计划”安徽省农村小学体育骨干教师短期集中培训项目培训教师的需求的情况进行了调查与研究,希望能够为提高培训效果及为以后的培训提供参考和依据。
Through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and interviews, the article investigates and studies the demand of teachers participating in short-term intensive training programs for backbone PE teachers in rural primary schools in Anhui Province under the “Guopai Plan” undertaken by Huaibei Normal University. Hope to improve the training effect and provide reference and basis for future training.
