社会和经济的迅速发展,使得个人生存和发展的竞争压力愈来愈大,继续教育是提高自身能力和拓展职业生涯的重要途径。本文首先阐述了继续教育的相关概念,接着分析了在职人员进行继续教育的必要性及影响因素,探讨了继续教育的实现方法和途径,最后展望了继续教育的发展趋势。
The rapid social and economic development makes the competition for personal survival and development more and more stressful. Continuing education is an important way to improve one’s own ability and expand one’s career. This article first elaborates the related concepts of continuing education, and then analyzes the necessity and influencing factors of continuing education for serving staffs, explores the ways and means of continuing education, and finally looks forward to the development trend of continuing education.
