为了探讨人体对胰岛细胞移植的免疫反应,了解胰岛细胞表面抗体(ICSA)在胰岛细胞移植中的临床意义,本文采用酶联免疫吸附分析法(cELISA),对7例接受胰岛细胞移植患者的ICSA水平进行了动态观察。 按Bljurmkin等的方法从胎儿(18~25周孕龄)或胎牛(3月孕龄)胰腺中提取制备胰岛细胞。选取7名成年晚期Ⅰ型糖尿病人(男4例,女3例,年龄20~35岁,病程8年以上)进行胰岛细胞移植,其中,6例为同种移植(ATx),1例为异种移植(XTx)。将培养后的胰岛细胞植入患者的腹直肌内,不使用免疫吸附剂。空腹血C肽水平用RIA测定。采用CELISA以胎鼠胰岛细胞为抗原对ICSA进行动态测定。
In order to explore the human immune response to islet cell transplantation, to understand the clinical significance of islet cell surface antibody (ICSA) in islet cell transplantation, ELISA was used to detect the ICSA in 7 patients receiving islet cell transplantation The level of dynamic observation.
