众所周知,用于性能予期的推进剂燃速值的精确性,在许多情况下小于任何其他的输入变量的精确性。由于推进剂具有正压力指数,故燃速的误差将引起予期推力和时间更大的误差值。燃速用于性能予期出现的不精确性,不少是与定义有关。没有有关定义的知识,就不可能有把握的使用小尺寸发动机燃速。本文对这方面的不准确性及其他问题作了述评。介绍了三种发动机性能予期导出的燃速关系式,采用的定义和方法可降低性能予期中的不准确性。
It is well-known that the accuracy of the firing rate values for performance-based propellants is, in many cases, less than the accuracy of any other input variable. As the propellant has a positive pressure index, the error in the combustion rate will cause a larger amount of error in the expected thrust and time. The burning rate is used to predict the inaccuracy of performance, many of which are related to the definition. Without knowledge of the definition, it is impossible to be certain to use small-size engine burn rates. This article reviews inaccuracies and other issues in this area. The relationship between the burning rates of the three engine performances is derived, and the definitions and methods adopted can reduce the inaccuracy of performance.
