目的:观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:48例突发性耳聋患者随机分为对照组18例和治疗组30例,两组在西医治疗完全相同的基础上,治疗组加中医治疗。结果:对照组的听力改善总有效率61.1%,耳鸣总有效率62.5%;治疗组的听力改善总有效率86.7%,耳鸣总有效率85.7%。两组间的总有效率差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋是一项有效安全的方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: Forty-eight patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group (n = 18) and treatment group (n = 30). The two groups were treated with the same treatment with western medicine. Results: In the control group, the total effective rate of hearing improvement was 61.1% and the total effective rate of tinnitus was 62.5%. The total effective rate of hearing improvement and the total effective rate of tinnitus were 85.7% and 86.7% respectively. The total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (p <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of sudden deafness with TCM and Western medicine is an effective and safe method.
