运动试验时引发的室性心动过速(VT)通常认为是严重心脏病的结果,预示恶劣临床经过。但近来亦有认为可见于大致正常的人群。病人和方法对3351例接受常规运动试验者作回顾分析。运动试验采用改良 Balke 方案。年龄为60±9岁。女性56例(2.8%)。8%病者在急性心肌梗塞后进行次极量试验,其余进行体征/症状限止性极量试验。共55例发生58次运动引发的 VT,50例为非持续性 VT。平
Ventricular tachycardia (VT), which is triggered during exercise testing, is often considered as a result of a serious heart attack, predicting a poor clinical course. Recently, however, people think that they can be seen in roughly normal people. Patients and Methods A retrospective analysis of 3351 patients who received routine exercise tests was conducted. Exercise test using modified Balke program. The age is 60 ± 9 years old. 56 females (2.8%). Eight percent of patients were submaximally tested after acute myocardial infarction and the rest were limited in their signs / symptoms. A total of 55 exercise-induced VTs occurred in 55 patients and non-sustained VTs in 50 patients. level
