语胃肠动力功能是消化道最重要的生理功能之一,其正常与否与遗传、环境、中枢神经系统、肠神经系统、胃肠激素、胃肠电节律等密切相关。胃肠动力障碍主要是指胃肠动力学异常的疾病,包括胃肠功能性疾病和各种胃肠器质性疾病伴随的动力异常,如胃排空延迟、肠推进减慢等。本病发病率很高,严重危害人民健康,影响生活质量。尤其是胃肠功能性疾病,近年来在全球范围内引起广泛关注,在2006年6月举行的美国消化周和同年11月举行的亚太消化疾病周期间均作为重要主题加以研讨。在诊断方面,修改了以往的标准,制定了新的胃肠功能性疾病罗马Ⅲ诊断标准,其简易本已发表在Gastroenterology[2006,130(5)]。尽管如此,由于很多胃肠动力障碍疾病原因不明,或者是多因素的综合,所以在治疗方面进展不大。中医中药有着2000多年经验的积累,近年来人们对中药的胃肠动力影响及其调节机理作了一些探索,并提出了“胃肠动力中药”这一概念。以中医理论为指导,研究胃肠动力障碍的中医病理,探索各种不同疾病的中医证治规律,寻找胃肠活性中药及其先导化合物,具有重要意义。本期特邀从事与本专题相关研究工作的几位专家,围绕胃肠动力障碍的中医诊治,分别介绍功能性消化不良、慢性萎缩性胃炎、消化道肿瘤、肛肠动力性疾病、小儿厌食症等的研究成果及临床经验,并专门介绍了促胃肠动力中药的研究情况。希望通过本期介绍,大家对功能性和器质性因素引起的胃肠动力障碍及其中医诊治有一个比较全面的了解,从而有助于提高临床疗效。 Language gastrointestinal motility function is one of the most important physiological functions of the digestive tract, its normal or not and genetic, environmental, central nervous system, enteric nervous system, gastrointestinal hormones, gastrointestinal rhythm and other closely related. Gastrointestinal motility disorders mainly refers to gastrointestinal motility disorders, including gastrointestinal diseases and various gastrointestinal organic diseases associated with motility disorders, such as delayed gastric emptying, intestinal propulsion slowed. The incidence of this disease is very high, seriously endangering people’s health and affecting the quality of life. In particular, gastrointestinal functional diseases have drawn wide attention worldwide in recent years and have been discussed as an important theme during the U.S. digestive week held in June 2006 and the Asia Pacific Digestive Disease Week held in November of the same year. In terms of diagnosis, the previous standard was modified and a new Rome Ⅲ diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal functional disorders was developed, a brief version of which has been published in Gastroenterology [2006, 130 (5)]. However, little progress has been made in the treatment of many gastrointestinal motility disorders due to unknown causes or multifactorial combinations. Chinese medicine has accumulated more than 2000 years of experience in recent years, people on the gastrointestinal motility of Chinese medicine and its regulatory mechanism made some exploration and put forward the “gastrointestinal motility medicine” concept. Guided by the theory of Chinese medicine, it is of great significance to study TCM pathology of gastrointestinal motility disorders, to explore the law of TCM syndromes of various diseases, and to search for gastrointestinal active traditional Chinese medicine and its lead compounds. This issue is invited to engage in research work related to the topic of several experts around the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders, were introduced functional dyspepsia, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastrointestinal cancer, anorectal motility disorders, anorexia nervosa, etc. Research results and clinical experience, and specifically introduced the research of gastrointestinal motility Chinese medicine. Hope that through this introduction, we have a more comprehensive understanding of gastrointestinal motility disorders and Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment caused by functional and organic factors, which will help to improve clinical efficacy.
