目前各种影像技术成为鉴别前列腺疾病的重要方法。磁共振成像(MRI)在前列腺癌早期定性方面具有明显优势,已广泛应用于临床。MRI包括常规MRI和功能MRI,与常规MRI相比,功能MRI从单一解剖学的研究发展到与功能相结合的系统性研究,可弥补单独应用常规序列的不足。尤其是MRI扩散加权成像,不仅能反映前列腺癌组织水分子弥散特性,而且可以定量分析其内部微观结构,从而提供更全面的诊断信息。
At present, a variety of imaging technology has become an important method of identifying prostate disease. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the early qualitative determination of prostate cancer has obvious advantages, has been widely used in clinical. MRI includes both conventional MRI and functional MRI. Compared with conventional MRI, functional MRI develops from a single anatomical study to a systematic study combining with function, which can make up for the shortcomings of using conventional sequences alone. In particular, MRI diffusion-weighted imaging can not only reflect the dispersion characteristics of water molecules in prostate cancer tissues, but also quantitatively analyze its internal microstructure to provide more comprehensive diagnostic information.
