目的应用测量新斯的明注射后重症肌无力(MG)眼睑下垂程度变化,为临床诊断提供客观、精确和规范化的测量方法。方法本文研究包括34名MG病例、30例非MG患者及30名正常健康个体。注射新斯的明试验前和试验后,测量MG组、非MG对照组和正常对照组病人睑裂大小,分析MG组和对照组的多次测量值和显效时相对值,计算多次测量值的敏感度、特异度和约登指数。结果 MG组患者、非MG对照组和正常对照组平视睑裂大小多次测量值的平均数±标准差分别为2.621±0.376mm、0.823±0.266mm和0.853±0.254mm。MG组与非MG组和正常组间差异有统计学显著意义(P<0.05)。多次测量值的灵敏度、特异度和约登指数分别96.7%、100%、和0.967。结论应用视频眼像测算系统进行新斯的明试验辅助诊断MG,是客观、精确和规范化的测量方法 。
Objective To measure the degree of ptosis of myasthenia gravis (MG) after neostigmine injection and provide an objective, accurate and standardized measurement method for clinical diagnosis. Methods This study included 34 MG patients, 30 non-MG patients and 30 normal healthy individuals. Before and after injection of neostigmine test, the size of palpebral fissure in MG group, non-MG control group and normal control group were measured, and the multiple measurements and the relative values in the MG and control groups were analyzed to calculate the multiple measurements Sensitivity, specificity and Youden index. Results The mean ± standard deviation (RSD) of multiple measurements of the size of palpebral fissure in MG patients, non-MG control group and normal control group were 2.621 ± 0.376mm, 0.823 ± 0.266mm and 0.853 ± 0.254mm, respectively. The difference between MG group and non-MG group and normal group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, and Youden index for multiple measurements were 96.7%, 100%, and 0.967, respectively. Conclusion The application of video eye imaging system Neostigmine test auxiliary diagnosis of MG, is an objective, accurate and standardized measurement method.
