在以习近平总书记为核心的党中央领导全国各族人民实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦新时期,加强各民族的团结与合作,实现各民族繁荣与发展,对于实现这一伟大的中国梦具有举足轻重的作用,而发展各民族事业,加强《民族区域自治法》配套法规建设,则显得尤其重要而紧迫。本文主要从加强《民族区域自治法》配套法规建设的必要性,存在的主要问题、以及主要解决措施等方面进行探析。
In the new period of the Chinese dream of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core leading the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, strengthening unity and cooperation among all ethnic groups and realizing the prosperity and development of all ethnic groups meanwhile the realization of this great Chinese dream. It plays an important and urgent role in developing the cause of all ethnic groups and strengthening the construction of supporting laws and regulations in the “Law of Regional Autonomy for Ethnic Minorities.” This article mainly analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction of the supporting laws and regulations of the “Law of Regional Autonomy of the Ethnic Minorities”, the main problems existing therein and the main solutions.
