目的:对钻柱压入泥饼的力学特性和过程进行定量描述,并对泥讲质量提出定量要求。方法:应用流变力学理论,研究泥饼的流变力学特性,建立描述泥饼力学性质的流变模型。结果:运用模型,用弹性模量E1、E2和粘滞系数φ这3个流变特性参数对泥饼的力学特性进行了定量描述。结论:所建模型能较客观、真实地描述泥饼的流变特性;泥饼的3个流变特性参数,可由泥讲外入度实验的σ-t曲线,通过回归处理得到。
Objective: To quantitatively describe the mechanical characteristics and process of the drill string into the mud cake, and to put forward quantitative requirements for the quality of mud. Methods: According to rheological mechanics theory, the rheological mechanical properties of mudcake were studied, and the rheological model describing the mechanical properties of mudcake was established. Results: The mechanical properties of mudcake were quantitatively described by using three rheological parameters (elastic modulus E1, E2 and viscosity coefficient φ). CONCLUSION: The model can objectively and truly describe the rheological properties of mudcake. The three rheological parameters of mudcake can be obtained by the sigma-t curve of the experiment of removing water from the mud and regression analysis.
