In this paper, the author tries to find an effective way to strengthen the work of public security and team building by proposing the practice of public security in Hubei Province in recent years. Propose that the quality of law enforcement is the lifeline of public security work and the concrete measures of how to better realize this assertion. It is of great significance to promote the development of public security in the new era.
