本文讨论用光谱定量分析法来测定99.99%纯锑中各种杂质的含量。金属锑磨成粉状试样,渗入定量的待测金属盐后,再经逐次冲淡以制备一组标准试样。各个试样分别填在若干碳棒的小孔中,用蔡司Qu-24中型石英摄谱仪摄谱;每种试样及标准试样各摄五次于同一谱片上,利用渗入杂质法计算结果。最佳的激发光源为使用最长的曝光时间及间歇时间的间歇电弧。分析线对则按照通常方法选定。 对钙、硅、镁、铜、铁、铝及铅等七种元素得到满意的分析结果,杂质含量范围为10~(-5)—10(-6)。在粗略的估计下,实验误差不超过30—50%。
This article discusses the determination of various impurities in 99.99% pure antimony by spectral quantitation. Metal antimony ground into powder samples, infiltration quantitative test metal salt, and then gradually diluted to prepare a set of standard samples. Each sample was filled in a number of small holes in the carbon rod, with Zeiss Qu-24 medium quartz spectrograph photo; each sample and standard samples taken five times in the same spectrum, the use of infiltration impurities calculated results . The best excitation light source is the intermittent arc with the longest exposure time and intermittent time. The analysis line pair is selected as usual. Satisfactory results were obtained for seven elements of calcium, silicon, magnesium, copper, iron, aluminum and lead with the impurity content ranging from 10 -5 to -10 -6. In a rough estimate, the experimental error does not exceed 30-50%.
