Commissioned by Comrade Song Jian and the Chinese Society of Automation, as Comrade Song Jian (Comrade Song Jian as the Ninth IFAC Director), Comrade Lv Yongzai attended the IFAC Council of Governors and Work Conference held in 1986 as an observer. The report said that the IFAC organization spoke highly of the activities of the Chinese Society of Automation and Chinese scientists in their active participation in the IFAC as well as in the relevant conferences hosted by the IFAC, and has made positive statements about the IFAC World Congress in our country at the end of this century or the beginning of the next.
