航天科技国际集团有限公司(简称“航-科集团”),是以科技工业为主的集技术、工业、物业、金融与贸易为一体的、大型的、综合性的跨国企业集团。它的前身——康力投资有限公司(简称“康力”),1965年创建于香港,1975年成为香港最大的电子集团公司,1981年成为香港早期的上市公司。1984年中资参股,成为康力最大股东,康力亦成为中资在香港和海外的第一家上市公司。1993年5月,经国务院批准,中国航天工业总公司收购康力51％的股份,并将其更名为航天科技国际集团有限公司,航科集团便成为中国航天在香港和海外最大的窗口公司。
Aerospace Science and Technology International Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Hangzhou-Keke Group”) is a large-scale, comprehensive multinational enterprise group that integrates technology, industry, property, finance, and trade, and is a technology-based industry. Its predecessor, Kangli Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Kangli”) was founded in Hong Kong in 1965. In 1975, it became Hong Kong’s largest electronics group company. In 1981, it became an early listed company in Hong Kong. In 1984, China Capital became a shareholder and became the largest shareholder of Kangli. Kangli also became the first listed company of Chinese capital in Hong Kong and overseas. In May 1993, with the approval of the State Council, China National Aerospace Industry Corporation purchased 51% of the shares of Kangli, and changed its name to Aerospace Science and Technology International Group Co., Ltd., which became the largest window company of China Aerospace in Hong Kong and overseas.
