目的研究急性肺栓塞(PE)与出现毛玻璃样改变的联系及这种改变的出现与实验动物的急性肺栓塞血流动力学之间的关系。方法此研究经动物保护委员会同意。5头猪经中央静脉导管注射血栓导致急性肺栓塞。在栓塞前及栓塞后行薄层CT扫描及血流动力学测量,包括平均肺动脉压、体循环与肺循环心输出量、有效肺毛细血管压、右房压及闭塞肺动脉压。主观性地对毛玻璃改变程度及范围给予评分,测量每次扫描肺衰减值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between acute pulmonary embolism (PE) and the occurrence of ground-glass-like changes and the relationship between the appearance of such changes and the hemodynamics of acute pulmonary embolism in experimental animals. Methods This study was approved by the Animal Protection Commission. Five pigs injected with thrombosis through the central venous catheter lead to acute pulmonary embolism. Thin-slice CT scans and hemodynamic measurements before embolization and after embolization included mean pulmonary arterial pressure, systemic and pulmonary cardiac output, effective pulmonary capillary pressure, right atrial pressure, and occluded pulmonary artery pressure. Subjective assessment of the degree and extent of ground glass to score, measure the lung attenuation value of each scan.
