现如今,网络时代电子商务的产生与发对人类社会的变革有着重要的影响,电子商务的兴起对传统商务来说无益是一个巨大的冲击。在电子商务中物流是商务流程的重点之一,但是严重滞后的物流管理在一定程度上影响了电子商务的发展。传统的物流主要为工业社会服务,无法满足发展快速的电子商务,这就需要变革传统的物流运输模式以及物流管理模式。电子商务物流管理是建立在现代化信息技术和先进管理思想上的新型物流运作模式,明显与传统的物流管理不同。目前的电子商务企业自建的物流体系,其特色的物流创新管理模式主要有第三方物流配送和第四方物流联盟等。
Nowadays, the emergence and development of e-commerce in the Internet era have an important impact on the transformation of human society. The rise of e-commerce is of great benefit to traditional business. In e-commerce, logistics is one of the focuses of business process, but seriously lagging logistics management to a certain extent affected the development of e-commerce. Traditional logistics is mainly for the industrial community services, unable to meet the rapid development of e-commerce, which requires the transformation of the traditional logistics and transport mode and logistics management mode. E-commerce logistics management is based on modern information technology and advanced management ideas of the new logistics operation mode, obviously different from the traditional logistics management. The current self-built e-commerce logistics system, its innovative logistics management features mainly third-party logistics and logistics and fourth-party logistics alliance.
