文章以山东省农业发展和财政支农支出的规模和结构作为研究对象,结合山东省具体情况和历年来的实际数据,通过构建财政支农支出和农业产出的关系模型分析山东省财政支农支出规模是否合适,通过运用灰色关联度分析法来分析山东省财政支农支出结构是否合理,并根据分析结果,提出了山东省财政支农支出规模调整和结构优化的政策建议。
This paper takes the scale and structure of agricultural development and the expenditure of financial support for agriculture in Shandong Province as the research object. By combining the actual conditions in Shandong Province with the actual data over the years, this paper analyzes the relationship between the financial support for agriculture in Shandong Province Whether the scale of expenditure is appropriate or not is analyzed by using the gray relational analysis method to analyze whether the fiscal expenditure structure of Shandong Province is reasonable or not and according to the analysis result, some policy suggestions on the scale adjustment and structure optimization of the expenditure expenditure of Shandong Province are put forward.
