在父权制社会中,女性常常处于社会的边缘,没有主体地位,男性拥有绝对的话语权,他们把女性构建为两种极端的形象:“天使与魔鬼”。影片《蒙娜丽莎的微笑》讲述了一位年轻的女教师和她的学生们通过自身的努力,追求女性的自我意识、自我价值和解放的故事。本文通过分析影片中女师生们的“天使与魔鬼”的形象,表现出她们如何摆脱男性强加在她们身上的角色以追求女性的独立和解放。
In a patriarchal society, women are often at the margins of society, have no subjective status, and men have absolute right to speak. They construct women into two extreme images: “angels and demons.” The film Mona Lisa’s Smile recounts the story of a young female teacher and her students pursuing women’s self-awareness, self-worth and liberation through their own efforts. By analyzing the images of “angels and demons” of the female teachers and students in the film, this article shows how they can get rid of the roles that men impose upon them and pursue the independence and liberation of women.
