1病例报告患者男,41岁。因胸痛、胸闷、气短4天入院。患者4天前出现左侧中下部胸痛、胸闷、气短、咳嗽、咳痰,深呼吸时疼痛明显;2天前出现发热,自行口服罗红霉素片。发病前曾因腰痛在当地诊所及我院门诊静脉滴注20%甘露醇注射液125ml+地塞米松注射液10mg 3天。查体:体温37.0℃,脉搏82/min,呼吸20次/min,血压110/70mmHg;精神萎靡,嗜睡;左侧中下胸部语颤传导减弱,胸壁压痛,叩诊成浊音,听诊呼吸音消失,未闻
