第一章 总则 第一条 为加强对接入国家通信网使用的电信终端设备的管理,保证国家通信网的完整性、统一性、先进性,维护国家利益和用户权益,特制定本规定。 第二条 本规定所称电信终端设备是指接入国家通信网、安装在用户使用地点、供用户直接使用的电信设备,如电话机、集团电话、用户交换机、移动电话机、无线寻呼机、传真机、调制解调器、数据终端等设备。 第三条 邮电部是电信终端设备进网审批的主管部门,邮电部电信政务司具体负责电信终端设备的进网审批事宜。各省、自治区、直辖
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the management of telecommunication terminal equipment used for access to the national communications network and ensure the integrity, unity and advanced nature of the national communications network and safeguarding the interests of the state and the users.
