目的对开展医院感染监控医院的监控质量进行全面、综合的考核,并做出科学的评价。方法运用模糊数学方法对影响医院感染监控质量的众多不确定因素,进行量化处理,确立评价指标体系,分“软”“硬”两方面指标进行综合评估。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ医院的总隶属度分别为0.5204、0.5798、0.6244,Ⅲ医院感染监控质量最高。结论该医院感染监控质量模糊评估模型具有较强的科学性与可行性
Objective To carry out a comprehensive and comprehensive assessment of the quality of surveillance of hospital surveillance hospitals and make a scientific assessment. Methods Apply fuzzy mathematics method to quantify the many uncertain factors that affect the quality of hospital infection surveillance and establish the evaluation index system, and make a comprehensive evaluation of the indicators of “soft” and “hard”. Results The total membership of hospitals Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 0.5204, 0.5798 and 0.6244, respectively. The quality of Ⅲ hospital infection control was the highest. Conclusion The fuzzy evaluation model of hospital infection surveillance quality is highly scientific and feasible
