近几年来,随着微波、射频、超声波、激光、电磁波等加热技术的发展和磁性材料的应用,脑胶质瘤的热疗有了许多新进展。本文阐述了热疗的基本原理,各种热疗器械和技术的特性及其优点和不足之处;综述了近几年来脑胶质瘤热疗临床应用的效果并说明了脑胶质瘤热疗临床应用的限制;提出脑胶质瘤的热疗已显示了很大的发展潜力,它必将在今后脑胶质瘤的综合治疗中发挥更大的作用。
In recent years, with the development of microwave, radio frequency, ultrasonic, laser, electromagnetic wave and other heating technologies and the application of magnetic materials, there have been many new advances in glioma hyperthermia.
