科学精神的培养是提升大学生综合素养的重要内容。由于学科专业培养模式的局限,法科大学生科学精神培养长期处于被忽视的处境。国家教育部批准设立的本科知识产权法专业,为改变这一教学困境提供了契机。知识产权法是最亲近自然科学的法学学科,具有倡导科学精神的本性与品格。通过开展科普工作、课程改革、形成跨学科交流机制等途径,可以从根本上解决法科教学及知识产权法学教学中科学精神教育被忽视的问题。
The cultivation of scientific spirit is to enhance the overall quality of college students an important part. Due to the limitations of the subject professional training mode, the scientific spirit of law students has long been in a neglected situation. The Ministry of Education approved the establishment of a bachelor’s degree in intellectual property law, which provides an opportunity to change this teaching dilemma. Intellectual Property Law is the legal science closest to natural science, with the nature and character advocating the scientific spirit. Through carrying out popularization of popular science, curriculum reform and the formation of an interdisciplinary exchange mechanism, we can fundamentally solve the problem of neglecting scientific spirit education in law teaching and intellectual property law teaching.
