随着知识经济时代的到来,“以人为本”的观念逐渐深入人心,人力资本理论也逐步得到发展,越来越受到人们的重视,人力作为一种资本在经济活动中扮演着重要的角色。经济活动的实现过程实际上是人力资本增值的过程,而人力资本增值实际上就是人力资本不断扩张的过程,本文分别从国家、集体、个人三方面对人力资本扩张问题作了初步探讨。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the concept of “people-oriented” has gradually gained popular support. The theory of human capital has also been gradually developed and people are paying more and more attention. Human capital, as a kind of capital, plays an important role in economic activities. The realization process of economic activities is actually the process of value added of human capital, and the increment of human capital is actually the process of continuous expansion of human capital. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the issue of human capital expansion from three aspects: state, collective and individual.
